Infinicast Multimedia and its network are based in the State of Texas in the United States of America.  All state and federal laws governing the usage of data must be followed.

Any violation of said laws will be interpreted as a breach of the Terms of Serivce and the Acceptable Usage Policy, and invoke imediate termination of the account with no refund.
